Sharon & Brendan

I met with Sharon & her Mum about a year and half before the Big Day. I knew from our meeting that we would get on famously! Sharon’s little Sister Michaella also works in our local Hairdressers in Loughmacrory, so I have tortured Michaella manys a time for a quick wash cut & blow dry!!

On the Wedding Day we arrived at Sharon’s house and it was the usual morning scene!! Hairdressers in one room, beauticians in another, Mummy running round trying to get organized and Daddy out farming, YES, out farming, Mickey didn’t have a care in the world, he was quite happy sorting out the animals!

Zero Hair & Beauty were in charge of the hairs & make-up and when they were done Sharon and her entourage looked amazing!

Brendan & the boys who might I add, looked very smart, were delivered on time to the Church by the very reliable Glendale Limousines. There was one extra special little man that morning and that was Cahir, Sharon & Brendan’s son! Cahir was adorable and so good, he just didn’t like to smile at us (I bet Michaella bribed him…LOL).

Sharon walked up the Aisle and into Brendan’s arms and the look of Love between the two was quite obvious!

The Ceremony was soon over and the new Mr & Mrs Wilson were met at the doors of the Church with kids from the local school in which Sharon works. We left the Church and stopped at Loughmacrory Lough for a few photos before heading onto Killymoon Castle in Cookstown. Dorothy had the kettle on and the scones were going down a treat!

The Photos were taken and we headed over to the Glenavon for the Meal and entertainment. As usual James greeted the couple with a smile and a couple of glasses of their finest Champagne!   We then headed in to see the cake, made by Sharon’s Aunt Colleen, it was fantastic! Later that night the boys from Bleedin Cowboys entertained the guests!

Many congratulations to Sharon, Brendan & Cahir on their Special Day and we wish you all every happiness in your future lives together.

Emer & Jack

We had not got the chance to meet with Emer & Jack as they both live in England, so on the morning of the Wedding we arrived at the Bride’s House and received a lovely welcome from the Bridal Party and Parents. We had met with this family before when we covered Emer’s Brother Conor’s Wedding to Caroline a few years ago!  Caroline was expecting their third child and had two of the most gorgeous wee princesses! They were very shy but soon came round to posing!

You always remember certain things about Bride’s Houses and this one was no different! THE HEAT was unreal; their dining room had a glass roof so we were roasted! Paul got chatting to Emer’s Dad about running Marathons & races etc so they were quite happy leaving me to do the work, only joking Paul!

Emer knew exactly what type of dress she wanted but couldn’t find it anywhere so she decided to get it made locally. The Dress was plain and elegant and with Emer’s long Red hair, she looked amazing!!

Jack arrived with all the crew from England to the Church and the sun was shining! Emer and her Dad arrived shortly afterwards in a convertible Beetle.

After the Ceremony was over we headed to Derry for the photo-shoot and I’m sure you can see in the background the Foyle Bridge! Jack even Face-timed his Grandma back in England as she had broken her hip and couldn’t make the journey! The Sun shone the entire time!!

The couple arrived at the Silver Tassie and it was starting to get a bit colder, you will see that I have mentioned the weather quite a bit! This is because no sooner had the guests sat for their Dinner that the snow started! The ground was covered in about 2-3inches of hail and snow!

It was a lovely day with a lovely Couple, we hope you both have a wonderful life together and remember Marriages are like fingerprints; each one is different and each one is beautiful!

Tracey & Sean McGread

What a beautiful morning we had at Tracey’s House, we were made feel so at home with all the girls and their wee daddy too. Tracey was one of the most relaxed Brides we have ever met!  Her Sister who came over from Ibiza for the Wedding even let us photograph her with no makeup on, as she was so tanned!  Not jealous at all!!  LOL!

Sean and the Boys arrived at the Church super early to make sure everything was ready for the Guests.  The Church looked amazing, Stephen Mallon worked his magic and from the flowers inside to the lovely white mat waiting for Tracey to walk up, everything was set!  Sean and the Boys even done a little bit of posing for us, but we were sworn to secrecy on that!

2016-04-27_0002

When the Bridesmaids arrived in their gorgeous “duck egg blue” dresses, the sun was shining!  Next to arrive was Tracey & her Daddy in Glendale’s Rolls Royce, what an entrance!!
The Ceremony went over perfectly, but there was one special person missing and that was Tracey’s wee Mummy.  Now from what I heard throughout the day she was a true lady!  Nothing can make you stop missing a loved one at a Wedding but I’m sure she was looking down on them both with a big Smile of Approval.

After the Ceremony was over we called at Louis Kelly’s House in Omagh.  The Photos were taken and there was even a special request from the little flower girl that Princess Elsa got her pic taken too, how could we refuse!  Tracey was very lucky to have two dashing little pageboys that day, but a week before the Wedding the little man took the chickenpox!  Needless to say Photoshop is a wonderful invention!

When we arrived at the Silver Tassie Hotel in Letterkenny we were met with an Amazing Cart full of Glasses, all handmade by Tracey’s Sister-in-Law Brenda from BCrafty.  This is one seriously talented lady.  Brenda made an individual glass for each lady at the Wedding and Sean made sure the men wouldn’t miss out so they received a Scratch card!  What Fab Favours!

To end this wonderful day in memory of Tracey’s Mummy a game of Bingo was held in her honour.  I’ve never seen a room full of guests as quiet in a long time waiting to hear their numbers being called and bang then we heard “BINGO”, the room erupted with a cheer!!

We wish you both every Happiness in your future lives together and thanks again for having us!

Stacey & Conor Bayne

We arrived in Cookstown at Stacey’s House and were met by her Mum Ann, we have known Ann over the years as she works in the Glenavon House Hotel and we knew we were in for a day full of fun!!  Stacey’s dress was beautiful; the lace detail was simply gorgeous!  Her Bridesmaids wore a lovely green colour whilst the flower girl stole the show with her wee dress!!  I really liked our morning at Stacey’s House, Conor’s wee Sister was there as she was a Junior Bridesmaid and his Mummy was there too so we got a few snaps of them both!

2016-04-26_0077

Downstairs all the make-up and hairs were being done with plenty of Moet being passed around!  There was the cutest little poser there who sat up and got its photograph taken no problem at all, their wee dog Bella!  I think she actually knew every word Ann said to her!

2016-04-26_0080

The boys arrived at the Church looking very smart and Conor had no nerves at all!  Again Mr Mallon supplied the flowers and Cookstown Church was looking lovely!  After the couple said their “I dos” we went to Lissan House for the Photographs.   We then headed over to Dungannon to see Conor’s Granny!  We took some lovely Photographs of his Granny & Granda and then with the family too.  As I keep saying to our Couples these photos are precious!

The Reception was in the Glenavon House Hotel in Cookstown with the couple being looked after by James Wylie, nothing is ever an issue for James, he is so helpful, you couldn’t ask for better!  After a 4 course meal, Bitz n Pieces set up and the dancing started and when we left the floor was hoping!

Congratulations to you both on your Big Day and Best Wishes for the Future!

Sinead & Shane

We had the pleasure of photographing Sinead & Shane’s Wedding Day.  The Ceremony took place in Dunmoyle with a Reception afterwards in the Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny.

Sinead’s dress was stunning and the flowers were simply beautiful, courtesy of Stephen Mallon.  Catherine Fleming was the Make-up Artist for the day and as usual everyone looked immaculate.

Sinead had plenty of help on the day from her five gorgeous flower girls who behaved so good on the day!

2016-04-26_0048

Shane arrived at the Church looking very handsome and of course it was bucketing with rain but that didn’t stop the smiles!!

2016-04-26_0049

I have to comment on how lovely the two Mothers looked, their outfits were amazing but they had a little competition from one very glamorous Granny, see the lovely lady above!

2016-04-26_00502016-04-26_0051

The attention to detail from Sinead was second to none, the function room even had a “small table” for all the “small people” to play and have fun at.

Thanks again to you both for having us at your Big Day and we wish you both every happinesses in your future lives together.

Sinead & Stephen

We have known Sinead since she was a wee girl running about so we were delighted to be asked to be a part of her Special Day!  It really is lovely to be at a couples wedding but when you know the Family it makes it even more special!

2016-04-26_0087

Sinead had two of the most relaxed Bridesmaids ever Cathy & Julie, they never stopped smiling the entire day.  Sinead’s dress was stunning and it complemented her figure amazingly!  When we arrived to the Church the first thing that jumped out at me was the lovely sign Sinead had got made for her Daddy!  Have a look and see how true these words are!!

2016-04-26_0089

Stephen & the boys arrived in a white Honda Integra which was Stephen’s pride & joy!  Cathy & Julie arrived shortly afterwards looking radiant in beautiful red dresses.  One of my favourite photos is the one of Sinead’s Daddy looking at her in the back of the car as they arrived.  The look of Pride in his eyes was clear!

2016-04-26_00882016-04-26_0090

The church was full and as Sinead & her Daddy walked up the Aisle, Stephen looked very nervous, but once he turned and saw Sinead, all the nervous disappeared.  Fr O’ Neill conducted the Ceremony and the Register was signed!  It was Official Mr & Mrs Mc Gurk.

2016-04-26_00912016-04-26_0092

We left the Church and headed to Mullaghmore House in Omagh.

2016-04-26_0093

After all the Photographs were taken, our destination was the Villa Rose Hotel in Ballybofey.  Tommy & Rhonda were there to meet the new Mr & Mrs Mc Gurk.  After the Dinner the Band set up and the dancing started, as I knew quite a few of the guests at a Wedding, I couldn’t resist sneaking in a couple of Funny Pics!  Sorry Anne and co!  LOL
